What's the problem of shaking when you step on the brake?
This kind of situation mostly appears on the old car body. Because of wear, the surface flatness of the brake disc has been out of alignment to some extent. Therefore, it is recommended to use the lathe disc process to polish or replace the brake pads (for vehicles with a long service life) as the case may be.
Does the steering wheel always deflect to one side when it is about to stop?
In fact, this situation is commonly known as "eccentric brake". The main cause of the failure is the uneven force exerted on the brake pads by the left and right sub pumps of the brake system.
In the process of driving, due to the fast rotation speed of the brake disc, the difference between the uneven function of the wheel cylinder and the fast friction is very small, which is hard to feel. But when the car is about to stop, the difference is obvious. If the wheel on the fast side stops first, the steering wheel will deflect. In this case, the cylinder may need to be replaced.
Does it take more than ten minutes for the car to brake before driving?
The brake system is provided by the engine with pressure to push the caliper to clamp the brake disc (disc brake), or to push the brake disc to rub with the brake drum (drum brake). Therefore, the above situation may be that the pressure of the transmission pipeline providing the pressure is lost, resulting in the failure to provide the braking force in time.
In this case, check whether the vacuum booster hose of the brake master cylinder and the excuse of the engine are cracked or loose.
When parking for a long time, there is a layer of rust on the brake disc?
Generally, the brake disc is made of cast iron, which is very bright due to frequent friction with the brake. However, when the car is parked for a long time, it will rain and be wet again, and the surface of the brake disc will easily form rust spots. In fact, when we buy a car and pick up a new car, there will also be such a problem, which will occur for a while when the car is parked in the warehouse. But this is not a fault, has little effect on the braking force, and will be automatically rubbed off after driving for a period of time.
What's wrong with the brake not returning?
Step on the brake pedal, the pedal does not rise, there is no resistance, this phenomenon is that the brake does not return. It is necessary to judge whether the brake fluid is missing, whether there is oil leakage at the brake cylinder, pipeline and joint, and whether the parts of the master cylinder and the cylinder are damaged.
